It is a conflict between the National Union of Quadros and Banking Technicians (SNQTB) and the Independent Trade and Services Union (SICOS).
According to a statement from Sicos, so far existed Three Careers: Administrative, Technical and Superior Technique; each with nine remuneration levels.
There has never been progressions for antiquity or merit. The Workers Commission gave this measure a favorable “Inqualifiable”, contrary to the previous committees, which have always refused similar proposals.
