Preparing the perfect dessert is not difficult at all – a few simple ingredients and a bit of patience are enough. , it is prepared similarly to simple and delicious muffins – even an amateur of confectionery can handle it.
You just have to combine dry and wet products in separate bowls, then mix and add a fresh, juicy, grated carrot. A well mixed mass then goes to the cake tin, and the oven form. After baking, the dough must be cooled and decorated with cream based on cream cheese, butter and sugar. At the very end there can be a handful of chopped nuts for decoration. That’s all – aromatic, fluffy carrot cake always comes out perfectly and impresses everyone who is offered it.
Ingredients:
Cake:
- 300 g of grated carrots,
- 240 g of wheat flour,
- 100 g cukru,
- 120 ml of oil,
- 3 eggs,
- 1 flat teaspoon of baking powder,
- 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda,
- 1 flat teaspoon of cinnamon,
- A handful of walnuts.
Cream:
- 500 g cream cheese,
- 150 g of butter,
- 150 g cukru,
- Favorite nuts for decoration.
Method of performance:
Finely chop the walnuts.
Sift wheat flour with baking powder and soda to the first bowl. Drink eggs into the second bowl, add sugar, oil and cinnamon. Mix everything. Add grated carrots (pressing it if it releases juice). Mix quite accurately. Then pour in loose products and nuts. Mix the whole to combine the ingredients. Transfer to a baking tray lined with a 30 x 24 cm baking paper. Bake at 180 ° C for about 40-45 minutes.
Now make a cream. Mix the cream cheese with soft butter. Add powdered sugar and mix the whole.
Spread the cream on the cooled dough. Decorate with your favorite nuts.
