The US Secretary of War (former Secretary of Defense), Pete Hegseth said on Friday, 3, that, at the orders of President Donald Trump, the Pentagon performed another lethal and kinetic attack against a “drug trafficking affiliated to designated terrorist organizations” in the morning.
According to him, the operation was done in the area of responsibility of the Southern Command of the US and four narcoterrorists aboard the vessel were killed without any wounded American force.
“The attack was performed in international waters, near the Venezuela coast, while the vessel carried substantial amounts of narcotics – bound for the United States to poison our people,” Hegseth wrote on network X.

“Our intelligence, without a doubt, confirmed that this vessel trafficked narcotics, that people on board were narcoterrorist and that they operated on a traffic route known for drug trafficking. These attacks will continue until attacks on the American people are over !!!!”, added the post.
The secretary also published a video of the attack showing the explosion of the vessel.
