The text of the administrative reform that should be filed by the rapporteur Pedro Paulo (PSD-RJ) on Thursday predicts that the remote work of public servants will be limited to 20% of the body’s labor force. That is: every day, a maximum of two out of ten servers will work from home. Exceptions will be allowed, but by justification of the need. Currently, the operation of the teleworking depends on the rules of each organ.
The proposal also establishes that the face -to -face modality will be mandatory for employees who occupy commission positions and strategic trust functions. The “first level” (ministers, state and municipal secretaries, and equivalent in the three powers and autonomous bodies) will not be subjected to this rule.

In addition, home office servers cannot live elsewhere from the city where the position is crowded, except for positions that are in full teleworking regime.
