Autumn cake to improve mood. Recipe for plum fantasy

Plum fantasy It is a combination of sweet and sour fruit, light, vanilla foam and butter, shortbread cake. The whole melts in the mouth. It tastes great right after cooling, and also the next day, after cooling in the fridge. This is a classic of homemade baking, perfect for any occasion. The household members will definitely eat.

Before you start baking, prepare the right sheet. A 36 x 24 cm form will work well.

For preparation fragile cakeyou will need:

  • 450 g of wheat flour,
  • 200 g of butter,
  • 100 g cukru,
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream,
  • 4 yolks.

Foam ingredients:

  • 4 proteins,
  • 150 g cukru,
  • a pinch of salt,
  • 2 vanilla pudding with sugar.

Additionally:

  • 500 g plums of Hungary,
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon,
  • Powder sugar for sprinkling.

Make a fragile cake. Pour the flour with baking powder and sugar into the bowl. Add diced butter and rub your fingers until crumbs are formed. Add yolks and cream, knead quickly. Divide them into two parts, larger and smaller. Wrap with foil and put in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Wash the plums, pour and cut into four parts. Mix with cinnamon.

Beat the proteins with a pinch of salt to a stiff foam. Gradually add sugar, mixing all the time until the mass is thick and shiny. Pour vanilla puddings and mix briefly, only to connect.

Roll out the majority of the dough and put a baking tray lined with baking paper (about 36 x 24 cm cm). Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.

On the baked bottom, place the even layer of plums with the skin down. Put the egg whites on top. Grate the rest of the dough on a thick grater and sprinkle evenly after foam.

Put in the oven preheated to 190 ° C and bake for about 45 minutes until the dough is golden.

After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
