Offices in Faria Lima reach up to R $ 400 m²

The high prices of rents are not restricted to avenues. In the surroundings, a part of the city earned the nickname “Nova Faria Lima” in the real estate market and is made up of a piece of Itaim Bibi and Cidade Jardim neighborhoods, extending from the marginal at Shopping Eldorado to Avenida Santo Amaro.

Among the examples, he cites the properties produced by RBR Asset, such as Jha Corporate Boutique, which is still under construction. The seven -story venture, which has 5,900 m² Monousary, is located at Rua Iaiá, between Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek Avenue and Faria Lima.

“Even in smaller footballs, these enterprises stand out for their high standard technical specifications, such as last technology air conditioning, high right foot, high floor and sustainable certification, promising to deliver a lot of added value,” he says.

Expansion

Regarding the areas that will still be delivered, the highest concentrations of new square meters corporate in the city are concentrated in Churacu Zaidan, with 140.8 thousand m² in works, followed by Chácara Santo Antônio (97.5 thousand m²) and Pinheiros (93,500 m²).

This expansion of CEPs is also observed in projects. Chucri Zaidan, Rebouças and Marginal Pinheiros concentrate the largest areas of the city, with 38,000 m², 25.9 thousand m² and 21 thousand m², respectively, according to Colliers.
