The dismissal, under the justification that he committed infractions in the legal regime of the public servant, was published in a decree signed by the president of the STJ, and says that he used the position “to gain personal or other benefit, to the detriment of the dignity of the civil service” and revealed “secret from which he appropriated the position”.
Toledo is suspected of irregularities in the offices of ministers Nancy Andrighi and Isabel Gallotti – they are not investigated.
He is investigated by movements made in processes “with alteration and exclusion of internal drafts within minutes, making visualization by others,” according to Zanin’s decision.
