The 2nd Day of Rio 2025 Festival arrived with national debut. On Friday night (3), several famous and guests accompany “Be”first feature with direction of Gloria Pires.
Directly from Cine Odeon, names such as, and Rosamaria Murtinho crossed the red carpet of the event that continues until October 12, with a program full of productions. In all, 300 films will be screened at the festival, including national and international titles. See photos in the gallery above.
What is the story behind “sex”?
In the plot, the actress plays Barbara, a 60 -year -old reviewer who, after losing her hopes in love, meets David, a 25 -year -old widower, lived by THIAGO MARTINS (“Family is everything”). This unexpected novel puts her in front of a dilemma: following her feelings or succumbing to the fear of age difference and social judgment.
The cast also features Eri Johnson (“I hope”), Isabel Fillardis (“After the Universe”), Danilo Mesquita (“Rich of Love”), Luana Tanaka (“negotiator”) and Guilherme Ferraz (“Marighella”).

In its 27th edition, the Rio Festival continues until October 12, with an extensive film programming, mixing national and international productions.
This year, Première Brasil also brings together the largest number of audiovisual productions in history. There are 125 titles, including “The Secret Agent”, a long chosen by the Brazilian Academy of Cinema to represent Brazil in the dispute for an indication in the category of best international film in the Oscar 2026.
