Artificial intelligence startups are attracting a record of risk capital investments in the United States – including companies that usually do not invest in startups. In Brazil it is no different. Samy Dana’s startup Sampi, received a check of over $ 500,000 from young Pan.

The platform developed by Dana uses artificial intelligence to accelerate the production of journalistic content and offers content generation in multiple formats, such as text, image, audio and video, which, according to the company, allows multiplying the productivity of a writing by up to 15 times, reducing operating costs.

With the contribution, the young Pan seeks to position herself as an investor in innovation. “Investing in Sampi reinforces our vision of the future and the strategy of integrating the young PAN with the artificial intelligence ecosystem. Our investment arm combines media and capital to support startups capable of redesigning the communication sector. Being inserted in this movement is essential to ensure that young Pan continues to innovate and lead,” says Roberto Araújo, president of young Pan.
