“We will create a monitoring and intelligence center, connecting all these organs,” said Renan Marino Vieira, director of Adesampa.
“Another interesting point in the building will be the area of creative technologies for immersive experiences, where the population can have a experience of what is the city of, past, present and future,” adds Vieira.
Management () has not yet revealed the total investment with renovation of the building, but estimates that, only to house Sampa Sampa, should pay $ 30 million.

The building, inaugurated in 1922 and listed since 2012, has 11 thousand square meters. The post office estimates that their annual maintenance costs $ 3.6 million. It will be up to the city to reform it and bear the maintenance.
