The “Enem of the Contests” establishes reserve for blacks, people with disabilities, indigenous and quilombolas
With objective tests scheduled for this Sunday (5.out.2025), a, known as Enem of the Contests, reserved 35% of the 3,652 vacancies in 32 federal organs to quotas.
Will be 25% for black people, 5% for people with disabilities, 3% to indigenous and 2% to quilombolas. The measures follow Law No. 15,142/2025, Decree No. 12.536/2025 and joint normative instructions of different ministries.
Reservations are applied to higher and intermediate positions whenever there are enough vacancies to guarantee the minimum percentages. In addition, candidates who apply to quotas also compete for wide competition vacancies, expanding their chances of approval.
The reflection has already been felt in the profile of registrations: 210.8 thousand black people (27.7%of the total), 30,000 people with disabilities (3.9%), 6,600 indigenous people (0.87%) and 5,000 quilombolas (0.66%).
The tests will be held in 228 Brazilian cities. The schedule foresees the objective test on October 5, the discursive on December 7 and the final result on January 30, 2026.
