The reserve colonel signed an agreement with the prosecutor to take a course in exchange for the suspension of the criminal action in which he is defendant for incitement to coup d’état.
The military was advisor to the GSI (Institutional Security Office) in the Government (PL). During the attack on the headquarters of the powers, on January 8, he demanded the insubordination of the Armed Forces to Lula President (PT).
In a series of publications on social networks between 2022 and 2023, the reserve colonel also attacked the commanders of the forces and the then Minister of Justice, Flávio Dino, now Minister of the Supreme Court.
In August 2024, he was sentenced to the Military Justice for offenses to the general officers. In February, the first class of the Supreme Court made him a defendant. The so -called ANPP (Agreement of Criminal Pet) was validated by Minister Alexandre de Moraes on Friday (3).
In addition to making the four modules of the course “Democracy, Rule of Law and Coup of State”, offered by (Attorney General’s Office), the colonel must be outside social networks, pay a fine of $ 5,000 and provide 150 hours of community services.
