Israelis and Palestinians will negotiate the details of the Trump Plan from Monday in Egypt
The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed that the Israeli delegations and the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) will maintain contacts in Cairo as of this Monday to close the details of the peace plan for Gaza of the US President, Donald Trump.
“Egypt will host meetings of Israeli and Palestinian delegations on October 6, 2025 to discuss the concrete conditions and details of the exchange of all Israeli hostages and Palestinian prisoners in accordance with the proposal of US President Donald Trump,” explained the Egyptian Foreign Ministry in a statement.
These contacts will address the necessary conditions at the humanitarian and logistics level to perform the exchange provided for in the Trump plan. The representatives of Israel, Hamas, Qatar and the United States will be present at these meetings, according to different US and Israeli media.
On the part of Israel, Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, has confirmed the sending of a delegation that will be headed by the Minister of Strategic Affairs, Ron Dermer. According to sources from the US chain CBS, the US delegation will be headed by Trump’s envoy, Steve Witkoff and the son -in -law of the president, Jared Kushner, one of the main ones involved in US politics in the Middle East during the first administration of the president.
