Russian attack on Ukraine leaves five dead this Sunday (5)

It launched missiles and drones on the Ukraine in a mass attack this Sunday (5), killing at least cinco people.

Four deaths were reported in the western region of LVIV, on the border with A, where an industrial park in the regional capital was also set on fire and parts of the city were out of power.

The Mayor of LVIV, Andriy SadovyiHe asked residents to stay at home while the authorities fought several.

In Zaporizehzia, in southeastern Ukraine, one person was killed and nine others were injured in a combined attack that also left more than 73,000 people without power, Governor Ivan Fedorov said.

Civil infrastructure was also damaged in the regions of Ivano-Frankivsk, Vinnytsia, Chernihiv, Kherson, Kharkiv and Odesa.

“Another deliberate act of horror against civilians,” wrote Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko on X. “It continues to attack houses, schools and energy facilities-proving that destruction remains its only strategy.”

According to the Ukrainian President, Russian forces fired more than 50 missiles and almost 500 drones.
