Strategic planning

In order to reinforce the planning of the executive in all federative entities, the package proposes a period of 180 dias for the federal, state and municipal governments to formulate a plan with goals e goals to the mandate.

The PLP of the reform focuses on defining parameters for a “Responsibility Law for results of the Brazilian Public Administration”.

It reads in the text that the idea is to “celebrate, within the scope of each public agency or entity, agreement with annual results, with the definition of institutional goals and goals to be achieved in the exercise”.

  • Probationary stage;
  • Commission positions and trust functions;
  • Work environment in public administration;
  • Hiring temporary public agents.

The project foresees more rigorous parameters for opening public tenders, as well as greater restrictions on hangers and server bonuses.

The reform also proposes the realization of periodic analyzes on civil servants, to ascertain their respective performance.

“These measures reinforce transparency, combat remuneration distortions and reaffirm the supremacy of the public interest, aligning Brazil with international standards of integrity in the public sector,” says the text.
