First, peel the skin from these seasonal fruits. To do this, cut them and then immerse in boiling water for 20 seconds. Then put the peaches in cold water, and you can easily get rid of the skin. Finally, just cut the pulp into small pieces.
It doesn’t prevent you from using syrup peaches. Then you will miss the above process with skin removal. In this case, only drain the fruit from the pickle and cut them into cubes.
Ingredients:
- 700 g of peaches;
- 300 g cream 30 percent;
- 150 g biscuits;
- 2 peach jellies;
- 2 teaspoons of gelatin;
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar.
Preparation:
To make a dough without baking with peaches, at the beginning mix jelly with 750 ml of boiling water. Set aside to cool.
In the next step, put biscuits on the bottom of the cake tin with cling film. On the other hand Mix diced peaches with solidifying jelly and pour the whole onto the cookies. Put the dessert in the fridge to concentrate.
Then mix gelatin in a saucepan in 3 tablespoons of water, heat it until it dissolves and set aside to cool. Start to whip well -chilled cream with vanilla sugar. Then pour the solidish gelatin into it and beat for a while. Finally, put the last layer on the jelly.
Put the cake without baking with peaches in the fridge for a few hours. Thanks to this, it concentrates well and the ingredients will bite with each other.
