Gas stations operating under the Corinthians brand are registered with the National Petroleum Agency (ANP) in the name of Operation Operation Operation Hidden, triggered by the Federal Police (PF) in August.
According to the portal G1the establishments belong to businessmen Pedro Furtado Gouveia Neto and Luiz Ernesto Monegatto, pointed out as members of the group headed by Mohamad Hussein Mourad, accused of heading a money laundering, tax fraud and criminal organization.
The investigation, conducted in partnership with the Public Prosecution Service of São Paulo and the IRS, estimates that the group has moved about R $ 8.4 billion through. The scheme is also suspected of having financed the CCP (first command of the capital).

These establishments appear on the list of companies under investigation by participation in an invoice triangulation system and ethanol and gasoline tampering to simulate transactions and mask the origin of illicit resources.
