Heat the sugar in a dry frying pan, then add a little water. Do not mix, wait until it caramelizes. At this time, wash peaches and divide them into slices. Put them on a cake tin with baking paper. Pour the whole with the resulting brown liquid.

Now pour the mass on the cake tin. Put the inverted fruit cake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. Pull out the cake tin, and after 10 minutes loose the edges with the help of a knife and turn the dough carefully. Leave to cool.
