O rapper Hungary34, was discharged this Sunday (5). The artist was hospitalized at DF Star Hospital in Brasilia since Thursday (2) with symptoms compatible with methanol poisoning, toxic substance found in tampered beverages.
On Instagram, he thanked the hospital team for the care received during the hospitalization and prayers of fans and family members.
“First, I thank God for another opportunity to celebrate life and this day. I am grateful to the entire team at DF-Star Hospital and, especially, Dr. Leandro Machado, who took care of dedication to my recovery,” wrote the rapper in the publication.
“Thank you very much also to all the fans, friends and family who, with prayers, affection and messages, have made this moment lighter and full of strength. Today is a day of victory and gratitude!”
On Friday (3), the Federal District Civil Police reported that in the drinks analyzed in the case of rapper Hungary. The exam was performed by the Institute of Criminalistics.
The singer was admitted to the hospital with headache, nausea, vomiting, visual turbidity and metabolic acidosis. He received specialized treatment and confirmation of the cause of the board is under investigation. Hungary’s staff said he consumed vodka the day before hospitalization.
