Pro-Palestine Act in SP asks for an end to the attacks of Israel to Gaza

Group wants the release of flotilla activists; Act started on Masp and ended in Roosevelt Square

Protesters Pro-Palestina gathered at Paulista Avenue, in São Paulo, on Sunday (5.out.2025), to ask for the end of Israel’s bombing in the Gaza Strip. The act, which began at 11am in the free gap of the MASP (Museum of Art of São Paulo), included the exhibition of Palestinian flags.

Participants walked to Roosevelt Square in the central region, where they dispersed shortly after 1 pm. The PM (Military Police) accompanied the act in São Paulo, which followed in a peaceful way.

The mobilization expressed support for the Sumud flotilha, intercepted by Israeli forces on Wednesday (1st.out.2025) when transporting humanitarian supplies to the Gaza Strip. The protest, organized by, was supported by parties such as PSOL and PC do B.

Protesters asked the Government of Brazil to cut relations with Israeli diplomacy in the face of the country’s refusal to free the detainees.

Among the 14 Brazilians who were part of the mission were the federal deputy (PT-CE) and the councilwoman of Campinas (PSOL-SP).

On Thursday (2.out), the immediate Itamaraty of Brazilians detained by the forces of Israel. In a statement, the Brazilian government condemned the Israeli action and said that the flotilla “Pacific character”. The Brazilian Embassy in Tel Aviv has already been notified of the “Nonconformity” of the federal government.
