When I looked at this recipe at my aunt, I immediately knew that I had to try it. Frog It’s a dessert I like – very simple to make, and it will taste properly. It is very versatile

  • 250 g of wheat flour,
  • 250 g of butter,
  • 200 g cukru,
  • 6 eggs,
  • 1 TEXT A TEXES OF BABING PROGE,
  • 20 g kakao,
  • a bit of vanilla aroma,
  • a bit of salt for whipping proteins,
  • Fat to smear the mold.

Yolks separate from proteins.

Grate the butter with sugar, and when the ingredients combine, add yolks gradually. Then pour in flour and baking powder. Mix to connect. Separately, beat the proteins with a little salt to a stiff foam. Finally, mix them in a lot of dough.

Divide the dough into two parts, one larger and the other smaller. Add vanilla aroma and mix to the first, and combine the ingredients to the second cocoa.

Prepare a keksówka (26 cm) and grease it with fat. Pour a dark dough onto the bottom, leaving 1-2 tablespoons. Then pour in the bright part, spreading evenly. In the middle, along the entire length, make a narrow roller from the remaining dark dough.

Put in the oven and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 45-50 minutes.
