This type of tea is also full of catechins and antioxidants. Her drinking has a positive effect on the digestive system and It contributes to the slowing of the whole body. Bancha cleanses of toxins, lowers bad cholesterol, thanks to it you will also keep sugar in the standard.

It is also worth drinking it to maintain healthy teeth and gums. Vitamin C, beta-carotene, folic acid, as well as calcium, phosphorus and potassium are also included in its leaves.

Bancha It is not very popular in Poland yet and not everyone knows how to prepare it. Her brewing is not complicated.

Prepare 3-4 g Bancha per 200 ml of water. Its temperature is important – a minimum of 70, maximum 80 ° C. Bancha brewing time is 4 minutes.
