Salad with Surimi and Pineapple She is filling and rich in protein, which makes it a great choice for a light lunch, dinner or a nutritious snack for work or meetings with friends. You can successfully serve this dish yourself, but it will also work as an appetizer at parties or family meetings. It blends in perfectly with bread or toast, and thanks to the expressive taste and attractive appearance it will certainly disappear from the table first.

  • 200 g of fresh pineapple or in canned slices
  • 200 g of canned canned corn
  • 200 g Surimi
  • 2 eggs

Dressing:

  • 100 g majonezu
  • 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper

Boil the eggs hard for about 8 minutes, then strain them and cool. Cut them into very small cubes.

Drain the corn well from the pickle.

Peel the pineapple and dry the cannedness well. Cut the fruit into small pieces.

Surimi’s crab fingers also finely chop.

Move all ingredients to the bowl and mix initially.

Prepare dressing by mixing all ingredients. Pour the salad with the prepared sauce and mix well.

Put a salad with Surimi and Pineapple in the fridge for at least an hour. Serve cold. Store the remains in the fridge and use within 2 days.
