The Budapest police seized hundreds of millions of forints to three hospitals, including two primaries who are suspected of bribery. Referring to the server Police.hu informs the TASR newsletter in Budapest.

The primaries selected 100,000 to 140,000 forints (257 to 360 euros) per month under the auspices of supporting the non -existent foundation for the treatment dates and for health care.while health care is financed by the state in this hospital, writes the server 444.hu. In the absence of the heads on their behalf, the hospital’s social worker took the bribes.
On 6 October 2023, the National Protection Service (NVSZ), which is an independent police authority dealing with the detection of corruption and organized crime, filed a complaint against suspects.
The police have secured hundreds of millions of forints, documents and technical equipment with doctors. One of the heads was heard as suspected of receiving bribes in 40 cases, the other in 51 cases and the social worker heard for suspicion of corruption in four cases. The police detained both the heads and initiated them to take them into custody.
