Put the pumpkin, bottom on a baking tray and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees C. After about 35 minutes, pull it out and lightly cool it, then choose the pulp with a spoon (in the case of a Hokkaido variety, the skin is also suitable for food) and blend to a smooth mass.

You need to prepare pumpkin bread:

  • 400 g Purée from Dyni,
  • 2 1/2 cup of wheat flour,
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder,
  • 1 teaspoon of spices,
  • half a teaspoon of baking soda,
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon,
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger,
  • half a teaspoon of nutmeg,
  • 1 cube of melted butter,
  • 110 ml of vegetable oil,
  • 2 cups of sugar,
  • 2 large eggs,
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
  • About 50 groszy pumpkin or sunflower seeds.

Pumpkin seeds can be omitted or used others at your discretion. Their quantity can also be reduced or increased depending on how much you want to pour them on top of the bread.

Two pumpkin breads will come out of the provided recipe in cakes with dimensions of 21.5 x 10.5 cm. If you want to prepare only one, then reduce the proportion by half. At the beginning, prepare bikers and heat the oven to 175 degrees C. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, spicy spice, soda, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. In the second bowl, mix melted butter, vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, pumpkin and vanilla until you get a homogeneous mass.
