Chicken and rural cheese cutlets They are extremely moist and fluffy, even melt in the mouth. They are an excellent source of protein from meat and cheese, which you can additionally increase using high -protein dairy products. The whole is crowned with a delicate and herbal dill aroma. The dish is perfect for a light and balanced dinner for the whole family, and its unique taste will be remembered for a long time. To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 500 g of poultry chicken poultry meat,
- 200 g of rural cheese,
- 2 eggs,
- 3 tablespoons of potato flour,
- 4 tablespoons of fresh dill,
- 1 small onion,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- ½ teaspoon salt,
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper.
