A dog named Eeyore became a true hero after helping authorities find his owner, an 86-year-old woman who fell while walking the animal.
The whole story was recorded by the police cameras, to whom the disappearance was reported on September 25th, after the husband was surprised by the prolonged absence.
“She takes the dog, but it never takes more than 10 or 15 minutes,” the husband told the deputy sheriff of Okaloosa County, Florida. “It’s been almost an hour. More than an hour now,” the man continued, in words that can be seen on the same bodycam.
The agent then searched the neighborhood, until she found Eeyore in the middle of the road.
The dog then took the agent to the place where the woman was lying. She was immediately taken to the emergency room, where it was clear that everything was fine and it was nothing more than a scare.
“Did he go to your car?” asked the woman. “Oh, my darling. Oh Eeyore, you are such a beautiful boy. Grandma adores you.”
