Police arrest faction leader and seize machine gun done on a 3D printer in Acre

The Acre Civil Police, through the Homicide and Personnel Protection Police Station (DHPP), launched the “Redeemer” operation, which resulted in the arrest of C. DC, known as “Solomon”, pointed out as leadership of a criminal organization acting at the City of the People’s Housing Estate and surrounding areas in Rio Branco.

According to Delegate Alcino Júnior, head of DHPP, the action was the result of an investigation aimed at curbing coercion practices in homicide processes that are being processed in the jury rod.

“This operation is the result of an investigation that first aimed to cease a coercion in the course of the process, perpetrated by a citizen of nickname Solomon. He replaced the leadership of the criminal organization that worked in the city of the people and, from there, began to exercise extortion in trades and homes, expel residents and sell real estate to finance the faction,” he explained.

During the fulfillment of three search warrants in the People’s City and one in neighborhood 15, the police located the investigated and made their custody. In the property was also a monitored that gave shelter to the suspect. At the scene was seized a machine gun, equipped with two porters and laser target, considered a novelty for the police.

“It is a weapon produced with 3D printer technology, which can be adapted with silencer, scope and other accessories. For us, it is a seizure of great relevance, because it demonstrates the war power of the criminal organization,” said the delegate.

According to the investigation, Solomon would also be involved in practices that forced residents to leave their homes.

“Several families registered police reports reporting expulsions and threats. In some cases, houses were set on fire when residents resisted leaving. Many victims only agreed to testify after leaving the state for fear of reprisals,” added Alcino.

DHPP also pointed out that the suspect continued homicide crimes in the second district region. “It was an important prison because it removes this leadership that stars in several crimes with a militia bias, bringing a breath to the population of that area,” concluded the delegate.
