The verdict was announced days after the Argentine Justice decided to file the case against the former Republican Proposal (PRO) deputy Gerardo Milman for his alleged connection with the attack.
Uliarte assured in September 2023 that the former deputy, ‘right hand’ of the current Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich, “paid” demonstrations to encourage violence against the then Argentine vice president.
