In the capital, there is a municipal law that prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages in stadiums since 1997. One possibility is to take advantage of a project being processed in the City Council, which is stuck in the Constitution and Justice Commission, to release it.
“In principle, if the state approves, the tendency is to continue here [na capital] because it must have technical arguments and analysis of health and the Military Police”, says Nunes.
As the Panel revealed, this Tuesday (7), state deputies from the Tarcísio base will present a project, starting from , in the Legislative Assembly (Alesp).
The proposal also has the approval of opposition deputies.
According to the draft drawn up by the Tarcísio de Freitas management, sales will only be permitted in disposable cups and with a limit of two units at a time, upon presentation of an identity document or wearing a tamper-proof bracelet proving that the person is over 18 years old.
Another measure of the project is to establish the same criteria for the sale of drinks by street vendors and bars around stadiums before, during and after matches.
