In the latest campaign prepared in cooperation with the ABEL agency, Pyszne.pl turns the familiar dilemma of “What to order today?” into a colorful, visual adventure. Advertisements, with a pinch of salt, reveal a funny truth about ourselves – that different parts of our body, from the stomach and eyes to the taste buds and brain, are constantly fighting over what ends up on our plate.
The spots, directed by Sam Hibbard, focus on cinematic scope, reflecting the joy, chaos and unpredictability of the decision-making process related to choosing food. Each material features personifications of the brain, eyes, stomach and taste buds – with their own personalities, energy and sense of humor. The gun parts have a fun competition to see what ends up being ordered. The advertisements emphasize that Pyszne.pl can satisfy every whim – from a quick meal to grocery shopping or a bouquet of flowers – and always hits the spot.
– Working with ABEL and Pyszne.pl to implement this concept was a real pleasure. I was very inspired by the internal conflict we often have when ordering food – that moment when different parts of us want completely contradictory things. We all know it, right? This is an observation with great humorous potential. We wanted the characters representing individual body parts to have expressive personalities, like movie heroes. Referring aesthetically to B-movies from the 1960s, we created a surreal, comic book world full of color and lightness – explains Sam Hibbard, the director of the spots.
