The US president plans to call leaders from around the world to a special summit for his visit next week, Axios said on Friday, citing four sources who know the matter.
Among those expected to participate are representatives from Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Indonesia.
When this will happen is not yet clear. According to Axios sources, it will probably take place in Sharm El-Siech on Tuesday morning, but could be postponed to Monday.
Trump is expected to arrive in Israel on Monday morning local time, to give a speech to Kneset and to meet hostage families. In the afternoon, he will travel to Egypt to meet Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi and to participate in a signature ceremony along with the other guarantors of the Gaza Peace Agreement: Egypt, Qatar and Turkey.
