Amsterdam – The Dutch national soccer team has come very close to securing a ticket for the 2026 World Cup in North America. The still undefeated “Oranjes” beat Finland 4-0 in Amsterdam on Sunday, secured their fifth win in their sixth game and extended their lead over Poland and the Finns in qualifying group G to six points. The Czech Republic’s hope of first place in Pool L is virtually gone after a 1-2 disgrace in the Faroe Islands.
