The Brazilian team arrived this Sunday morning (12) — early evening local time — where they will face Japan this Tuesday (14), at 7:30 am (Brasília time), at Ajinomoto Stadium, in a friendly preparatory match for the 2026 World Cup. The team led by Carlo Ancelotti will have a quick visit to the Asian country. Brazil will only hold one training session, this Monday, at the stadium that will host the match. Before the trip, the team did its last job in Seoul, South Korea, where they thrashed the hosts 5-0 on Friday (10).
As anticipated in the call-up, Ancelotti must make changes to the starting team. The goalkeeper, from should start the match in place of Bento, who played against the South Koreans. Young Estêvão trained normally, despite having a slight flu. If he is spared, Lucas Paquetá should take his place.
