In the victory speech, at the campaign headquarters, on Avenida dos Aliados,He also thanks the remaining 11 candidates who were unable to achieve their objectives but who “are also winners”.
The head of the list of the “O Porto Somos Nós” candidacy also makes a “special greeting” to Manuel Pizarrowho topped the PS list, someone who has “great personal esteem and political admiration”.
“I have no doubt that he will continue to be available to help the city, as he has always done”, he states, describing him as “a great Porto native”.
