During a debate at , the largest technology and artificial intelligence fair taking place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, he was emphatic when asked about the topic: “I don’t believe you can be great at anything by working 40 hours a week”, he stated.
He acknowledged there is a debate today on networks like X and LinkedIn about the amount of work that could be considered reasonable, but compared this type of work to that of high-performance athletes, such as professional basketball players.
“We’re looking for people interested in solving problems that have never been solved before. We’re looking for people who are passionate and want to be awake at any time and continue to build incredible things that other people can’t,” he said.
