ÚVZ also points to the importance of regular diet of the child, including regular breakfast, which can fundamentally affect the performance of the child during school teaching.

According to experts, the reward for children does not always have to be only sweet goodness, but also pleased healthy activity. “Take them for a walk in the countryside, which can be associated with knowing the surroundings, go cycling with them, or try the adrenaline activity that will entertain children. And, moreover, you will do something for your health,” they propose. As they noted, such activities are beneficial not only for physical but also for the psychological well -being of schoolchildren and adolescents.
