The Doctor Finance Academy launched a free conference dedicated to financial literacy. The online event takes place on the 15th, 16th and 17th of October, between 8:30 pm and 10 pm, and brings together experts to debate literacy and the financial future of the Portuguese.
On the 15th, 16th and 17th of October, the first edition of the Summit Academia Doutor Finanças, an event 100% online and free dedicated to financial literacy.
During these three days, experts from Doutor Finances and guests from various areas will debate topics that directly impact the financial lives of the Portuguese, from the way money and investment are viewed, to the importance of planning the future with stability and confidence.
“This Summit is an invitation to rethink the way we relate to money – not as a purpose, but as a tool to achieve stability, autonomy and well-being. The first day, October 15th, will be dedicated to a reflection on the financial mindset of the Portuguese. Under the theme “How is our financial mindset?”, the program will feature an opening session followed by a round table with Filipa Jardim da SilvaSpecialist Psychologist and Founder of Academia Transformar, and Lourenço ReisCo-founder of Laicos Behavioral Change.
The two experts will explore how we can transform our relationship with money. The day ends with the official presentation of the Doctor Finance Academy, which, since its creation, has been helping thousands of people to better manage their money.
On the second day, October 16th, the focus will be on investment, with the theme “Investing successfully”. At the round table, which will feature the participation of Pedro LinoCEO gives optimizes, e Eduardo NunesDeputy Director of the Brokerage Area at Banco BiG, the main barriers to investment, emerging trends and the most effective strategies for investing in a conscious and informed way will be addressed.
On the third and final day, October 17th, the future and the importance of ensuring long-term financial stability will dominate the agenda. With the motto “Future with stability”, the session begins with a conversation with Rita Piçarraauthor and TEDx speaker, about the importance of planning the future and preparing, from an early age, the conditions for a balanced financial life.
A dialogue follows with Margarida PortoFounder of Ricas em Construção, around the question “Extra income: a necessity or opportunity?”, exploring ways to monetize skills and create new sources of income.
The sessions will take place online, from 8:30 pm to 10:00 pmand can be followed independently, and it is not mandatory to attend all sessions.
