Vienna – Germany has taken the next step towards the 2026 World Cup in North America with a labor victory in Northern Ireland. The DFB team won 1-0 (1-0) in Belfast thanks to Nick Woltemade’s first international goal and is still ahead on points with Slovakia in Group A. France had to be content with a 2-2 (0-1) draw in Iceland and thus gave up points for the first time.
