Poultry rolls are a simple but extremely tasty idea for an everyday dinner. Although they look impressive, their preparation does not require extensive experience in the kitchen – just a bit of ingenuity is enough. They can be stuffed in many ways, so they never get bored. Stuffings made of vegetables, cheese or herbs are perfect, as they not only add flavor but also nutritional value. Mushroom stuffing provides vegetable protein, and with peppers and herbs – vitamins and antioxidants. One of the most delicious and healthiest combinations is filling with spinach, mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes. This trio adds energy, supports immunity and makes the meat extremely juicy.

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts,
  • 120 g sera mozzarella,
  • 50 g of dried tomatoes,
  • 50 g of young spinach,
  • a teaspoon of granulated garlic,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sweet pepper,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.

Breading:

  • egg,
  • 100 g breadcrumbs,

How to do it:

Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise, but do not cut all the way through. Open it and place it between two pieces of cling film. Pound them to the same thickness using a meat tenderizer.

Season the meat on both sides with salt, pepper, paprika and granulated garlic. Spread sliced ​​or chopped mozzarella cheese, dried tomatoes and fresh spinach evenly on the slices.

Roll up the chicken rolls, securing them with toothpicks. If necessary, season them with additional spices to taste.

Crack the egg into one bowl and pour the breadcrumbs into the other. Coat the chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella first in egg and then in breadcrumbs. If you want the rolls to be dietary, skip this step.

Place the ready rolls on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Put the dish in the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 20 minutes, checking after that time whether the meat is ready.

After baking, remove the toothpicks and serve the dish warm immediately after preparation. It goes well with light salad and starch.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Use within 2 days.
