A stolen truck was recovered by the Federal Highway Police (PRF) during an inspection carried out this Monday (13) in Rio Branco. The vehicle also showed signs of tampering with the identifiers, according to agents.

The irregularity was discovered after police officers noticed inconsistencies between the car’s data and the information contained in the documents presented by the driver.
From a more detailed analysis, it was confirmed that it was a stolen vehicle. Upon discovery, the driver was arrested and taken to the police station, where he was placed at the disposal of the police authorities.
The truck was seized and sent for legal examination and restitution procedures.
