It is a source of B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6), i.e. thiamine, riboflavin, niacin and pyridoxine.
Hawthorn heart, circulation, nervous system, helps maintain appropriate cholesterol levels and blood pressure. It also contains vitamin A (beta-carotene, which supports eyesight, vitamin E, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc, which are also important for the body.
It contains organic acids and supporting pectins flavonoids that strengthen vessels and improve circulation, and procyanidins with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.
It is usually assumed that Hawthorn infusion should be drunk for about 5-6 weeks to see results, but before you start your adventure with it, it is safest to consult your doctor first.
This is not recommended for everyone (a visit to a doctor before treatment is necessary, especially in case of chronic diseases, low blood pressure or taking medications, especially those for heart or blood pressure).
