Is your family sick all the time in autumn and winter? At this time, my autumn home became a warming infusion based on small, red fruits. The season for them started in September and will last until November, although you can buy their dried version at any time of the year. Thanks to them, we avoid colds.

Nothing stops you from drinking just cranberries. Then pour boiling water over fresh or dried fruit. However, I recommend making a warming infusion with additives that will give it a better taste and also more health properties.
