  • 1 teaspoon of ground sweet pepper;

  • 1.5 teaspoons of marjoram;
  • 2 bay leaves;
  • salt and pepper;
  • wheat flour for coating turkey pieces;
  • canola oil.

Preparation method:

  1. First, cut the turkey fillet into smaller pieces, previously cleaning it of any membranes and harder parts. Put them in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and ground paprika. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Now we start coating the turkey pieces in wheat flour. Then fry it in heated rapeseed oil until it is nicely browned. Then we take it off and put it aside for some time.
  3. We prepare the vegetables. Wash the peppers and cut them into small pieces. Then cut the onion into small cubes. Fill the pan in which we fried the turkey with a small amount of oil, then add the onion and peppers. Add the crushed garlic cloves.
  4. Fry everything for a few minutes, then pour the broth over the whole thing and add the previously fried turkey. Add bay leaves and marjoram to the goulash.
  5. Set the fire to low and simmer the goulash covered for about 20-25 minutes until the meat is tender. Then add the tomato passata and simmer for another 5 minutes. After this time, the dish should be ready.
