The Court of Justice of Acre (TJAC) published this Friday (17), ordinance no. 4912/2025, which brings forward the optional point of Public Servants Day, originally celebrated on October 28, to Monday (27).

The measure applies to the entire scope of the Judiciary of Acre, which will operate on an on-call basis, responding to emergency, first and second degree demands.

According to the TJ, the measure was due to the celebration of Public Servants’ Day, which takes place on October 25th, facilitating the return of civil servants to their locations.

In view of the change, all activities of the Acre Judiciary will return to normal operation on Tuesday (28).
