Acre photographer Felipe Almeida moved followers on social media by sharing a statement about the family’s reunion with their dogs, who had been missing for more than 24 hours. Alongside his daughter, Clarinha, he told the story marked by faith, hope and a happy outcome.
According to Felipe, the disappearance of the animals left Clarinha deeply shaken. The girl felt guilty and spent much of the night praying that the dogs would be found. “She prayed a lot, asked God for them to return. She was inconsolable”, reported the photographer.

The next morning, the girl’s request was granted. The dogs were found safe and sound, taken in by a lady who rescued them when she saw them lost on the streets. The reunion was recorded on video and published by Felipe, who shared the emotion of the moment with a message of faith.
“There are situations in our lives that happen so that we can let God act. It is in these moments that our faith and trust in Him are strengthened”, wrote the photographer in the publication.
