In autumn, when spicy aromas and ripe fruit dominate the kitchen, this recipe is a real hit. Perfect for a quick breakfast, afternoon snack or dessert after Sunday dinner.
Pears are underestimated fruits that are perfect for warm, home-made baked goods. Combined with vanilla cheese, they create light, fragrant pancakes that taste delicious both warm and cold. Ingredients for cheese pancakes with pears:
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda,
- 1 egg,
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar,
- 2 cups of wheat flour,
- 3 pears,
- 150 ml of milk,
- 200 ml of homogenized vanilla cheese.
It’s best to choose harder pears, such as the slap or conference varieties. They will not fall apart during frying and will retain their appetizing shape.
