  • 1/4 teaspoon of ginger;
  • a pinch of nutmeg;
  • a pinch of pepper;
  • 1 banana.

Preparation:

First, pour the milk into a pot and add the oatmeal. We also add 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of honey, and all spices, i.e. turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and pepper. Cook everything over low heat for 10 minutes.
