The Minister of Culture Martina Šimkovičová announced on the social network her participation in the premiere of the theater show Pánska jazda (The Choir of Man) in the Nová scéna Theater and at the same time revealed to the fans her impressions of the performance, in which the actors Vladislav Plevčík, Peter Makranský and Dárius Koči also perform.
The politician was kidnapped from the show. “The production transported us to the Eden company – a place where friends meet, share their stories, sing, dance and sometimes drink away their joys or worries. Men’s ride is a fresh and funny production that combines singing, dancing, humor and strong life moments. I enjoyed the high-quality singing performances and interesting dialogues, which drew us directly into the plot and sometimes allowed us to co-create the atmosphere of the evening.” she explained at the beginning.
The politician appreciated that the story was seamlessly connected and at the same time personal. “The creators even bridged the plot to the legacy of the League for Mental Health. Each of the actors also revealed a piece of their privacy – where they come from, how they live or how they got into acting. All of this was naturally incorporated into the plot and created a connection with the audience,” she clarified. Immediately she admitted that she had “taken away” a great experience. At the same time, she congratulated the creators and the entire team on a successful premiere.
