  1. First, we divide the meat into approximately 150-gram cutlets. Then we crush them with a pestle – slightly thicker, about 1 cm. Season the pork loin with salt, pepper and sweet paprika (and hot paprika, if you like spicy dishes).
  2. Fry the pork loin in medium-heated oil (3 tablespoons) on both sides. Each piece should be thoroughly browned. When this happens, put them on a plate and move on to the onion.
  3. Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes. Put it in the pan (you can add some oil first, if necessary). Fry until the onion is translucent, then add the crushed garlic cloves.
  4. When everything is nicely fried (be careful not to burn the garlic), pour the broth over everything and put the pork loin back in the pan. Add bay leaves, allspice and a teaspoon of mustard. Simmer everything over low heat for about 30 minutes.
  5. During stewing, we control the degree of evaporation of the broth. When we notice that it has reduced by more than half, we add cream to the dish. Mix everything and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. After this time, the pork loin is ready.
